A few months ago, a couple of my friends started a sports handicapping website that also includes event tickets to high-stake games. They are charging people a ten-dollar per month membership fee for total access to all of their personal picks and gambling insights. The part that seems pretty ridiculous to me is that they are both only marginal gamblers at best, I’m pretty sure that my track record this year is as good, if not better than theirs and I’m by no means an expert. Despite this fact, they already have hundreds of subscribers and more and more keep joining up every day. The amount of money that they are raking in actually has Jeremy thinking of quitting his job. This all just goes to show how desperate some people are to get any edge they can when it comes to gambling, people will give money to anyone that they think will be able to give them an advantage. Maybe I’m crazy, but I’m not giving anyone any of my hard earned cash to tell me who to pick, especially to guys who I know are consistently worse than me when it comes to gambling. I feel that I’m more than capable of making the poor decisions that will result in me losing money.
