It's like the Holy Grail, free data storage. Free, and a lot free is perfecto. Even though memory is cheap, after awhile you still need space. Like at work. We've got a half room full of servers, but I can see that we'll need more physical room soon. That reminds me. I’m going to be looking for a separate hard drive for my home computer. I'm not going to be like my friend Roberta Jo, who lost her entire life when her hard drive crashed. She lost her pictures and her checkbook and all her accounting for the small business she runs on the side. I had warned her that it could happen, but she shrugged it off. Of course, who was I to talk, as I hadn't backed up anything at home? At work I back up my name even if I enter it, because I nearly got fired two years ago when I lost an entire report that the guys did. It was on my laptop and to this day I don't know what happened to the file. It just vanished. Poof! Gone! I didn't fess up for three days on that one. I even took the laptop to one of those PC Doc places and paid out of my own pocket to see if they could find that file.
